We reserve the right at all times to disclose your Personal Information to legal or regulatory authorities as required in order to comply with our legal obligations.We may also disclose Personal Information to law enforcement officers or others, when we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce this Privacy Policy.

What personal information we collect

We store all the business data generated by the add-on on our cloud based backend data store backed by google.Some part of the application may store data on your personal google account.As is true of most websites, we may collect some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, operating system, date/time stamp, browser and other interactions with the application. We may use this information to diagnose technical problems , analyze trends and identify potential cases of abuse.

We store form owner email address , service usage data ,google form metadata that includes form title ,form id, preview form id, form url and assessment settings metadata such as logo , instruction on our servers backed by google firebase.We also store candidate details such as name, email address ,form open time, form submit time ,quiz score on our servers backed by google firebase whenever a candidate uses our service for assessment.We use google firebase authentication to authenticate the form admins as well as candidates taking the assessment.Our servers do not store any user login credentials such as password and depend on google firebase authentication for logging and authentication.

We collect error messages generated by our various back end and front end programs for the purpose of diagnosing technical issues and improving the service.

We never store user card details on our servers.All the payment related information is directly passed to stripe from your client browser.

Google sign-in will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information such as your email address. Our services use the Google OAuth 2.0 for authorization without requiring the user to share their login credentials with us. OAuth also allows secure access to the user’s data, as required by the add-ons.
